1. Cancellation Policy:

1.2. Domain Registration: Domain registration services follow the guidelines set by the respective domain registrars. 2. Refund Policy:

2.1. Web Hosting Services:

2.1.1. Monthly Plans: Customers who are on a monthly billing cycle and request cancellation within the first 30 days of service activation may be eligible for a full refund of hosting fees paid. No refund will be provided for cancellation requests made after the initial 30-day period.

Annual or Longer-Term Plans: Customers who are on annual or longer-term billing cycles and request cancellation within the first 30 days of service activation may be eligible for a full refund of hosting fees paid. If cancellation is requested after the initial 30-day period, customers will be refunded for the remaining unused months of service, minus any applicable setup fees or discounts provided at the start of the term.

2.2. Domain Registration:

2.2.1. Domain registration fees are non-refundable as they are paid to domain registrars and are subject to their policies. Once a domain registration request has been submitted, it cannot be reversed, and no refund will be provided.

2.3. Related Services: Any additional services, such as SSL certificates, site migration, or professional services, will have their own refund policies outlined during the purchase process.

3. Eligibility and Process:

3.1. To be eligible for a refund, customers must adhere to the cancellation process outlined above and provide all required information accurately.

3.2. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
